Lykke Li's third album "I Never Learn" has been a long time in the making Three years after her second album, "Wounded Rhymes" and the European hit "I Follow Rivers", Li has released a video for the album track "Love Me Not I'm Not Made Of Stone".

Icona Pop "All Night"
With "I Love It" beginning to lose steam on the charts, Icona Pop is ready to move on and prove they are more than a one hit wonder. They were going to follow-up with their yawn-worthy "Girlfriend" single which has now been relegated to European territories and opted to release "I Love It's" twin sister: "All Night." To be honest, I don't know why they just didn't release "We Got The World" or "Ready For The Weekend" as singles.

Avicii "Wake Me Up" Music Video
Avcii has been taking the world over with the first ever country-inspired EDM song, "Wake Me Up", already snatching Robin Thicke's sexually frustrated wig on the UK Singles Chart as the fastest selling single of 2013. The video dropped today and it's not what I was expecting. It is just an ad for Ralph Lauren's Denim and Supply line with outcasts storyline, intercut with some scenes from an Avicii concert. I expected something epic for such an epic song. Oh well...

Avicii and Aloe Blacc "Wake Me Up"
Avicii just surpassed the flawlessness of last year's club hit, "Silhouettes". He gained his first #1 single with the Nicky Romero-assisted "I Could Be The One" earlier this year and now the Swedish mega DJ found his way to American soul singer Aloe Blacc (of "I Need a Dollar" fame) for "Wake Me Up," a country EDM tune. Yes, a REAL country EDM song and not the fauxstep that Taylor Swift tried to pass off with "I Knew You Were Trouble," which was a very good song. But this easily blows Swifty's attempt out of the water. Avicii is coming for that country and top forty airplay and his first major hit in North America. Stay pressed...

Loreen "We Got The Power"
Last year's Eurovision Song Contest winner Loreen has released the audio for her promotional single, "We Got The Power". The tune lacks the epicness of last year's "Euphoria" but still slays with Loreen's large vocals and militant style drum production. She is set to perform it at the final day of this years Eurovsion contest, which will hopefully help her sell. Get that promo gurl!

Graded Song: Avicii "X You"
He is one of the many EDM artists that I am waiting for a full-length album from, yet he wants to keep releasing singles. But I digress already. Swedish DJ Avicii held a contest in which fans could upload samples, which he cut down to a select few (4000) and created a brand new song from. I have yet to be disappointed by any of Avicii's past commercial work ("Silhouettes">>>anything your fave EDM artist could produce), so how does he do with other people's beats?
To be honest, I was a bit underwhelmed by the shorter edit, but thankfully someone provided a link to the full original mix, so I will base my review on that. The beginning already grabs the listener, giving some serious "Silhouettes" vibes. Then we get a nice blend of video game like synths and piano. And then of course the massive soaring build-up before a semi-decent drop. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. I still have to admit that after hearing the original mix in full, I feel like its a bit on the light side, but it's still an amazing song nonetheless.
Final Grade:B+

Avicii & Nicky Romero "I Could Be The One" Music Video
It's is a damn good thing that I did not do my best videos of 2012 because this will definitely land somewhere in there. House DJs Nicky Romero and Avicii have joined forces to give listeners their collaboration "I Could Be The One" (also known as Nicktim). The video is essentially the "Levels" video from the point of view of a female who hates her mundane life. Except no one got hit by a truck in "Levels..."
