Zedd "Find You" (feat. Miriam Bryant & Matthew Koma)
Does Zedd have another hit in his hands? The latest track from the German DJ "Find You" features previous collaborators Matthew Koma ("Spectrum") and Miriam Bryant ("Push Play") and will be part of the movie adaptation of "Divergent" soundtrack. I'm not familiar with the "Divergent" series, but their seems to be some divide between the fans of the book and the fans of Zedd's song, who either love the song, don't think it would fit the series, and that Zedd cheesed up his sound for top forty. It's a subtle duet that suits both artists pipes and since Matthew Koma isn't making many moves with his solo career, it's nice to hear his voice back on a dance track and none of that frothy pop stuff.

Lady Gaga "Swine"
While everyone is still reveling in the newly-released R.Kelly collab "Do What You Want," another one of Lady Gaga's ARTPOP tracks have leaked in demo form. "Swine," the sexually charged EDM banger producer by Zedd was one of the standouts when she did her set at the iTunes Festival and in studio form it doesn't disappoint. Although many people are saying this is fake, I don't see how. The voice on the track sounds like Gaga, the production is clearly reminiscent of the German producer, but the track is longer than the four minute time listed on the album, so I[m thinking it's an extended mix. Still, enjoy!

Graded Song:Zedd "Stay The Night" (feat. Hayley Williams)
"Clarity" was a major hit worldwide and Zedd is planning on re-releasing his "Clarity" LP in a deluxe package with a few new tunes, including the lead single, "Stay The Night" featuring Hayley Williams of punk-pop band Paramore.
It's very similar to "Clarity" in terms of composition and vocal delivery, but because of Hayley's unique earthy vocals they aren't too similar. The song is essentially about someone having a one night stand, but it's a very sensual one night stand as we can see from the lyrics:
"you kill the lights, I'll pull the blinds
don't dull the sparkle in your eyes
I know we were made to break
so what I don't mind"
Could you imagine going to a classy establishment with a date and reciting those lyrics to them? An easy lay right there!!! Some might find it a bit repetitive or a bit basic but I like it a lot, because it reminds me of someone that I want to date (and not bed).
Grade:B-

Zedd "Clarity" Music Video
German DJ Zedd released the music video for his single "Clarity." The song features UK singer Foxes and comes from the album of the same name. The video features Foxes and some model-looking guy getting into a car accident and wind up chasing each other through the desert. There were also scenes of colliding objects, and people flying through the air, similar to the video for Porter Robinson's "Language" video. Unfortunately, the video could not hold my attention because there was so much going on and Zedd was only there for like 2 seconds of the video. Check it out below.
