Isac Elliot Hits Puberty, Drops New Single "Baby I"

"New Way Home" was cute and catchy coming from Finish pop singer Isac Elliot (he was 12). Now a year later, his voice is unrecognizable and deep on "Baby I". It's the same reaction I had when Cody Simpson dropped "On My Mind" after getting used to his high pitched voice on "iYiYi".

Stromae "Ta Fete" Music Video

While I still wait on America to get its shit together and make last year's non-Korean, foreign language pop song of the year "Papaoutai" a smash, I'll sit and watch the new "Ta Fete" video.

Rizzle Kicks "Tell Her"

"Roaring 20's" wasn't the sophomore album that I expected from Rizzle Kicks. It had a few bops, but as whole did nothing for me like "Stereo Typical". "Tell Her", their first non-freebie since "Roaring 20's" dropped last September, is another story.

Maroon 5 "Maps"

Maroon 5's last album "Overexposed" was exactly that. The album went platinum, all the singles went top ten, but the band's poppier sound did not resonate with me personally, with the only song I enjoyed from the era was "Love Somebody". The band doesn't seem like they are changing their tune with "Maps".

Broods "Mother and Father"

Kiwi duo Broods have been making waves on the blogs and independent circuit and with a major label deal and production courtesy of Joel Little (Lorde), what can stop them from getting some worldwide recognition?
