After slaying the charts two years in a row with their spring anthem "Cherry Blossom Ending," Busker Busker decided to skip summer and make an autumn inspired second album and release the title track, "Love At First"
Borrows heavily from staples of alternative rock back in the late 90s-early 2000s. Think along the lines of Goo Goo Dolls "Iris" or one of Nickelback's less annoying songs. Again we have Beom-Jun Jang utilizing his falsetto, but it sounds lot better and less whiny than in "Cherry Blossom Ending." I'm glad that Busker Busker decided not to follow their same bouncy happy-go-lucky formula.
Final Grade:B
The music shows a couple going through the motions of a break up as they go through their daily routines. It's touching and goes very well with the song. I actually shed some tears. Bravo Busker Busker, bravo!
