Avril Lavigne's "Hello Kitty" Is Controversial...I Guess

"Hello Kitty" was the track I was most excited about hearing from "Avril Lavigne" because the snippet sounded amazing. But its insipid lyrics, fauxstep breakdown and Avril's use of the word kawaii was embarrassing, even for her, so I damned the song to Hell and never looked back...until now.

Example "One More Day (Stay With Me)"

YASSSSSS Example! SLAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

Ariana Grande "Problem" (feat. Iggy Azalea)

Ariana Grande finally drops the Mariah Carey act and gives the public something worth her talent.

Lana Del Rey "West Coast"

Lana Del Rey's summer themed escapades are far from over.

SM Continues To Ride The Basic Train With EXO's "Overdose"

EXO went from 0-60 last year when SM finally let them out of the basement and subsequently shoved them down everyone's throat for the second half of 2013. The genre-mashing "Wolf" (which still remains superior to all their other title tracks no matter what the charts, their plethora of live performances or their EXOtics say), the much overhyped and overplayed "Growl" and "Miracles In December" cemented EXO as the next big Hallyu stars, so of course SM wasn't gonna lock them away for another year and let them gather dust!

Jay Park "Metronome" (feat. Gray and Simon Dominic)

Jay Park still has yet to deliver that LP he promised last New Years but at least he hasn't been in hiding either. The AOMG leadman has released the digital single "Metronome" with his labelmates Gray and former DMTN member Simon Dominic.
