Jojo was supposed to release this Thursday to coincide with her birthday, but I guess she couldn't wait any loner. The "Too Little Too Late" singer has released her 2nd mixtape in two years, Agape. The mixtape is to be the placeholder until she releases her oft-delayed third studio album, which is supposed to be released in 2013 now.
