If you're not familiar with Yongguk's charitable work, he's been constantly donating to organizations such as UNICEF, Save The Children and World Vision even before his official debut with B.A.P in 2012 and has shed light on these issues via his social networking sites, which has encouraged the BABYs (B.A.P's fans) to do the same as well. Girls Generation's "Mr. Mr"
Remember back in January last year when Girls Generation dropped "I Got A Boy"? The genre-bending 5-in-1 song was a resounding win for K-Pop, which had become stagnate in both sound and image. SM took a big leap of faith with it and the hip-hop aegyo concept and it worked in the favor. It garnered praise worldwide, won them numerous awards including the inaugural video of the year at the YouTube Music Awards, but there were also those who couldn't take the jarring, experimental nature of the song. The Divine Nine have now dropped their fourth mini album and its title track "Mr. Mr."
Games For Days: Kiss&Cry's "Domino Game" and Boys Republic's "Video Game"
Two K-Pop songs with the word game have crossed my path so to kill two birds with one stone, I'll talk about them both.

Stromae Gives Life As a Man and Woman In "Tous Les Mêmes' Video
I haven't followed up on Stromae after being exposed to his ear worm of a single "Papaoutai" last summer (and it making my top ten songs of the year). It's a good thing I checked my Twitter feed today because I have been served my life on a platter thanks to the his follow-up, "Tous Les Memes".

Park Ji Yoon "Beep" Is Possibly The Best K-Pop Video of 2014
While sexy seems to be the flavour of the month in K-Pop, Park Ji Yoon is still riding the retro train that started with "Mr.Lee" back in October.

Homework: Kanye West's "The College Dropout" Ten Years Later...
Publications were commemorating the birth of Kanye West’s first solo labor of love “The College Dropout”. I was aware that it had been a while since the album dropped, but ten years! Damn, that's a while. I remember seeing the video for “Through The Wire” on MTV almost every 15 minutes when I would stay over my aunt’s house on the weekends and was disturbed by the images of Mr. West’s swollen face.
SunMi Is A Creepy She-Wolf "Full Moon"
The former Wonder Girl and JYP's most interesting act Sunmi is back and you were expecting another smash in the vein of her solo single "24 Hours", you're going to be severely disappointed.

Stellar Take 19+ To Another Level With "Marionette"
Stellar seems like one of those groups that you know are there, but you don't acknowledge their presence because they always seem to get trumped by a more popular girl group during their comeback cycles. The girls have taken note and "Marionette" has been served.
Frankmusik "Dear Nicole"
Frankmusik has been putting in serious work since last year's "Between" dropped in June. "Ephemeral Summer" as a taste of what's to come in terms of the direction of his new record and on Valentine's Day, drops the moving first single "Dear Nicole".

Miley Cyrus "Adore You" (Cedric Gervais Remix)
The latest "Bangerz" single "Adore You" has seem to come to a halt on the charts compared to "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball", both #1 hits. Miley Cyrus has enlisted the help of DJ Cedric Gervais, who helped Lana Del Rey's "Summertime Sadness" reach new audiences with a remix of the R&B ballad. "Adore You" is easily the best song on the standard edition of "Bangerz" (the Pharrell-produced "Rooting For My Baby" remains the best overall) and it would be sad that her more sloppy songs outpeak the songs that deserve the most success.

SISTAR's Soyu Duets With JungGiGo on "Some" (feat. Lil Boy of Geeks)
SISTAR's Hyorin is always the hot topic whenever the group is mentioned that people sometimes forget that the other members exist, let alone are talented in their own right. Case in point, member Soyu. Last year's Mad Clown-assisted "Stupid In Love" stayed atop the charts for two weeks straight and got them a Music Core win, which also adds to the groups overall repertoire.

Roh Ji Hoon or K.Will? "A Song For You"
A year has past since Cube Entertainment's belt-tugging crooner Roh Ji Hoon debuted with "Punishment" and its pretty suggestive video. He must have been studying the king of the K-Pop midtempo K.Will's last batch of hit songs because this time around his he's equipped with a more mature image and more emphasis on vocals (which are stunning by the way) rather than how hot and tall he is.
The Knocks "The One" (feat. Sneaky Sound System)
The Knocks's "Comfortable" EP is less than two weeks away from release and with the dust settling around their infectious song "Comfortable", they strike while the iron is hot in the form of "The One".
