Jesse McCartney "Superbad"

Jesse McCartney is trying his hand with the retro R&B sound, as we heard with his single "Back Together". The "She's No You" singer's latest single "Superbad" continues that trend that will make up his "In Technicolor" album.

The song is a grower than a shower, Jesse's vocals are great, but the beginning seems a bit off, maybe it's the flat sounding oooh's. Luckily the chorus and that funk guitar breakdown save it from just another song trying to capitalize on the success of the throwback revival on the charts.
