Pixie Lott "Girl You Left Behind"

I won't go into the fact that the music consuming public of the UK didn't make Pixie Lott's "Nasty" a #1 smash, but I forgive them (for now). Since then, the "All About Tonight" singer has been teasing her third self-titled LP via promo tracks and freebies, including the gem "Girl You Left Behind".

The song captures the 60s Motown/Phil Spector girl group sound that the record is supposed be this time around and Pixie's voice is just a perfect fit. Too bad it was released as a freebie rather than as album's closing track. Download the track here and don't forget to pre-order the album, due August 4th.
