Isac Elliot Hits Puberty, Drops New Single "Baby I"
"New Way Home" was cute and catchy coming from Finish pop singer Isac Elliot (he was 12). Now a year later, his voice is unrecognizable and deep on "Baby I". It's the same reaction I had when Cody Simpson dropped "On My Mind" after getting used to his high pitched voice on "iYiYi".
Stromae "Ta Fete" Music Video
While I still wait on America to get its shit together and make last year's non-Korean, foreign language pop song of the year "Papaoutai" a smash, I'll sit and watch the new "Ta Fete" video.
Rizzle Kicks "Tell Her"
"Roaring 20's" wasn't the sophomore album that I expected from Rizzle Kicks. It had a few bops, but as whole did nothing for me like "Stereo Typical". "Tell Her", their first non-freebie since "Roaring 20's" dropped last September, is another story.

Maroon 5 "Maps"
Maroon 5's last album "Overexposed" was exactly that. The album went platinum, all the singles went top ten, but the band's poppier sound did not resonate with me personally, with the only song I enjoyed from the era was "Love Somebody". The band doesn't seem like they are changing their tune with "Maps".
Broods "Mother and Father"
Kiwi duo Broods have been making waves on the blogs and independent circuit and with a major label deal and production courtesy of Joel Little (Lorde), what can stop them from getting some worldwide recognition?

Beast Takes The Best Parts of Boring K-Pop Songs and Subsequently Have The Best Comeback
I constantly keep whining about how K-Pop releases have been dry and boring and lame this year, when this time this year, I had racked up thousands of plays between five K-Pop songs alone! When BEAST has to come in and snatch the likes of EXO, GOT7, UKISS and BTS all at one time, you know that K-Pop hasn't been doing its job.
Jessie Ware "Tough Love"
"Devotion", the album that established Jessie Ware as one of the new age neo-soul artists to keep your eyes on, will definitely be hard to top, but "Tough Love" seems like a step in the right direction.

Taeyang "1AM"
With Taeyang serving all types of shirtless melodrama with the "Eyes Nose Lips" video, the Big Bang member keeps it going with "1AM"

Album Review: Richard Osborne "Nothing Personal" EP
Nothing Personal is the third EP that Osborne has released. Unfortunately, it's also the least cohesive.
PSY "Hangover" (feat. Snoop Dogg)
It that more or less the hype behind Korean artist PSY has died down but the impact has already been made. With 2 billion views for his worldwide hit "Gangnam Style", PSY continues his antics with his song "Hangover".

5 Moments From U Kiss's "Quit Playing" (In .Gif Form)
I'm only getting around to watching the video for U Kiss's "Quit Playing" since AJ (my bias) is out getting his education here in America. My poor virgin eyes were not ready for what I witnessed. Since I'm totally at a loss of words here are five gifs that totally sum up more interesting parts of the video...
Cheryl Cole "Crazy Stupid Love"
I will never understand the hype behind Cheryl Cole, especially when we have Nicola Roberts. She's like the British Beyonce, without the vocal talent. The only decent lead single that Miss Cole has had is the Calvin Harris-written and produced "Call My Name" back two years ago and that still didn't keep her from mucking up the live promotions by miming and having bad vocals every time she did it. The first single from her untitled fourth album, "Crazy Stupid Love" probably takes the cake as Cheryl's worst lead single ever.

10 K-Pop Songs That Should Have Made Times Best Of List Instead of Mr. Mr.
Time released their 25 Best Songs of 2014 so far list. One of the songs that I disagree with is SNSD's basic pop hit "Mr. Mr", which is probably the 9 member groups worst title track single ever. Knowing Time, they probably selected the song because it belonged to Girls Generation rather than combing over the hundreds of K-Pop songs that dropped over the past six months in order to seem trendy or just selected it because it had the most views on YouTube. Time to throw my two cents in and present ten alternatives that should have made the list instead...

Alexandra Stan "Cherry Pop"
Alexandra Stan blew up in 2010-2011 with the camp and catchy "Mr.Saxobeat". 2012 saw her drop "Lemonade" and last year she collaborated with Manila Maniacs for their "All My People" single. After ending her abusive relationship with her manager/ex-boyfriend this year, the singer is back with the infectious "Cherry Pop".

Taeyang "Eyes Nose Lips"
Since YG is playing games with a BIGBANG comeback, this will have to do now! Taeyang's 2nd full length album "Rise" dropped yesterday and "Eyes Nose Lips" leads the charge as the title track of the set.
B.A.P "Where Are You? What Are You Doing?"
B.A.P, AKA the hardest working boy band in all of music, has released another single of the next 5 or so they plan on dropping in 2014 (sarcasm).
