Demi was allowed a fourth single from her abysmal "Demi" album and she choose the peppy, "Really Don't Care", which features Cher Lloyd. The video has a LGBT theme, filmed during this years pride festivities in Los Angles, with cameo appearance from Perez Hilton, Kat Graham, Wilmer Valderrama and blink-182 drummer Travis Barker for the staged parts.
