Lana Del Rey "Summertime Sadness" (Cedric Gervais Remix)

America: always proving me right that they are tardy to the party when it comes to music releases. Lana Del Rey has already released a full-album, an EP, a soundtrack single and is working on a second album and Interscope FINALLY gives her a third single almost a year later? "Summertime Sadness" was serviced to radio early last week and this remix is currently climbing up iTunes, #47 at the time of this post. I guess with "Young and Beautiful" being so successful and this song having summer in the title, it was a no-brainer to see if Lana could give them another hit. The remix itself is pretty good, simple dancefloor filler that will do well in the clubs. But if she can pull this off... Here is a fan edit of the original video with the remix
