The last Jay Park song that I was fully invested in was "Joah" back in April of last year. The others he's dropped between then ("I Like 2 Party", "Metronome", "Taekwondo") didn't do much for me or his Last.Fm plays. His newest, "Nana" is produced by frequent collaborator Cha Cha Malone and features fellow AOMG member Loco.
The cover looks like a MS Paint version of Miley Cyrus's "We Can't Stop" cover, but with more red cups and sweaty bodehs. "Nana" is more for those summer nights, hanging out on a porch and downing a few cool drinks rather than the normal cursing with the top down summer tune that everyone seems to create this time of the year. Trap snares and a distinct piano line give the song most of its vitality, in addition to the chorus, where Jay oppa opts to sing rather than spit a few bars.
