A few weeks ago, Rizzle Kicks debuted their new single "Tell Her" via an Evian ad/promotional video with tennis star Maria Sharapova. Good thing that wasn't the actual video. The duo shared the official visuals for the song today.
I'm having trouble processing how cheap looking it is. Is their label kind of on-the-fence about this single since "Roaring 20s" didn't yield as many hits as "Stereo Typical" did? With the duo getting a spot on Alan Carr's summer special, hopefully it will chart well enough for them continue to release music. The concept is nice: Harley and Jordan are shrunken versions of themselves running amok in remote control vehicles and partying it up. Did it have anything to do with the song? No, not really. I would have preferred if Jordan or Harley did the whole nerd/popular girl thing with a twist or maybe a first date jitters kind of deal, but I guess this is cool too.
